We are very transparent and honest about our prices so you can rest assured that the price we quote will be the actual price you pay
Unlike some other compainies you will not be quoted a cheap estimate over the phone and then be charged for hidden extras when the job is finished for such things as extra solutions used or extra time spent on the job
We have been in the business of cleaning carpets and upholstery in the South Tyneside area since 1992 so we have a very good idea as to what every job will entail.
This is how we can provide you with the following fixed prices shown below
This is how we price our jobs:
Firstly there is a fixed initial call out charge of £10.00 which will automatically be added to the price of the first room. This covers the time taken to travel to and from your location including the time taken to set up and pack away our equipment
Then our prices are as follows:
Carpet Deep Cleaning and Deodorising
A standard sized lounge or bedroom up to 4m long x 3m wide is £30.00
A larger sized lounge or bedroom up to 5m long x 3m wide is £40.00
An extra long lounge or through lounge up to 6m long x 3m wide is £50.00
A long through lounge up to 7m long x 3m wide is £60.00
An extra long through lounge up to 8m long x 3m wide is £70.00
(If your room is wider than 3m or of irregular shape then please calculate the total area @ £2.80 per sq M)
A flight of stairs with a small box type landing is £30.00
A flight of stairs with a long or large landing is £40.00
A hallway up to 4m long is £30

Upholstery Cleaning
It is never possible to give an exact price for cleaning upholstery without first identifying the type of material that has been used, the level of cleaning it will require, and the estimated time it will take to professionally clean it.
Also, because there are many different types of materials used for upholstery, it can vary widely in the way that they can be professionally cleaned. Some materials can only be dry or spray cleaned and others need to be wet cleaned (getting this the wrong way round can ruin the material). The cost is also based on the colour, the number of cusions and panels, and the square area of the material to be cleaned.
As a rough guide a 3-seater settee can cost between £50 - £80, and a single chair between £30 -£50, but the best way is always for us to view the upholstery first then we can easily give you the exact price to have it professionally cleaned. Please call us to arrange a suitable time to visit.
Leather Cleaning
It is never possible to give an exact price for leather cleaning without first seeing the level of cleaning that will be required and estimate the time that we think the job will take to professionally clean it.
